Welcome to UNAP. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UNAP websites, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using UNAP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by applicable law to use UNAP. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Notify UNAP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

UNAP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. SMS Verification and Communications

UNAP may send SMS messages for account verification, authentication, and security purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from UNAP.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

  1. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, post, or share through the Services.

By posting content on UNAP, you grant UNAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
